Allsorts Audio - Trading name of Dave Liquorice

pencil booking - An Allsorts Audio diary entry
that indicates an unconfirmed offer of work has been made for a given period.
confirmed booking - An Allsorts Audio diary entry
that indicates a confirmed offer of work has been made for a given period.
pencil holder - An entity making an
Allsorts Audio pencil booking.
Policy
1. Pencil bookings are accepted without any commitment from Allsorts
Audio to fulfil that booking.
2. Pencil bookings need to be confirmed by the pencil holder at least
48 hours before the pencil booking is due to start. That is for a
pencil booking due start at 0900 Saturday confirmation must be received
before 0900 Thursday.
3. The pencil holder must have received from Allsorts Audio that
confirmation of a pencil booking has been received and accepted before
that booking becomes a confirmed booking.
4. Allsorts Audio does not guarantee to pursue confirmation of any
pencil booking, except in the case of clause 6.
5. Allsorts Audio will not be held liable for any losses what so ever
incurred by a pencil holder failing to confirm and receive acceptance
of that confirmation from Allsorts Audio of any pencil booking.
6. Pencil holders will be asked, in order of earliest to latest, to
confirm or cancel a pencil booking should a conflicting offer of
confirmed work be made to Allsorts Audio.
7. Pencil holders will not be informed about any preexisting pencil
bookings.
8. When a confirmed booking is made any pencil holders with conflicting
pencil bookings will be contacted by Allsorts Audio and those pencil
bookings cancelled.
